One day, one life
Insights and knowledge gained during decades of yoga, ayurveda and meditation.
“One day, one life” becomes your mentor for an orderly and balanced life. Day by day, your life is changing radically for the better.
This book includes three chapters and is divided into Morning, Noon and Evening. Each chapter contains recommendations and exercises that are optimal for that time of day.
Working on ourselves is a constant dance that takes place during 24 hours a day, and it is up to us to support and strengthen the natural intelligence of our body, to purify our mind and emotions. One our day becomes our whole life.
Harmonize your life with yourself
In our times, the demands placed upon us and the information we’re showered with are overwhelming. With work, family, and other commitments, we cannot manage to sufficiently take care of ourselves. The truth is that if we do not assume responsibility for our health and well-being, we will not be of any use to others, either.
With this book, I would like to give you an insight into everything that you can do in one day to give your body and mind the necessary fuel to drive and carry you through life with ease and joy.
